Together with this letter, we inform you that our order computer parcel has arrived right on time.
However, after we examined,there is considerable damage to the computer that you send.
Such damage can we explain it as follows:
1. Three unit monitor is defective.
2. Two cpu unit is not functioning.
3. Three units broken keyboard.
As evidence, the damaged goods that we send back to you for review and your concern.
We hope our goods orders was not damaged like this again in the future because it is very
detrimental to the pace of commerce of our company. If you repeat this mistake a second time, we
regretfully had to decide the cooperative relationship that has existed so far.
