In a conversation yesterday, I want mendiskuisikan plans for the inauguration Abadi Jaya. I want to confirm your plans. Which will be held on
Date: March 30, 2014 at: 19:30 to 22:00 And the 150 guests who will be present. we will need as many as 30 tables and chairs, microphones, and speakers, and the decor of the room.
At 8 pm, we will serve you dinner. I would appreciate you fax me with the menu selection immediately. But none of the last of March 30.
I also will receive the projected costs for the celebration of our day, you do not need to include the cost of catering eat malam.sehingga can be sent via fax or e-mail me the cost projected by March 21. I will give you a confirmation by the end of our booking on March 21.
I want to thank you for your help in planning a birthday celebration us.I hope to see you next week when I see you have other amenities.

Thank you for your letter sent on March 10. letter stating your interest in the Eternal Jya. This letter is our confirmation. The next call to discuss the cost of your birthday
We understand you want to book the facilities in the building jaya globe on 30 March. With 150 invited guests. And you'll need one large room that can accommodate all the guests you invite.
As you requested, we will provide 30 tables and chairs microphones, and speakers, as well as the decor of the room. These requests may be submitted two weeks prior to the date of the inauguration.
As you requested, I will fax the projected costs on March 21, and once you decide what is needed and what kind of food, we can complete the estimated costs.
